Who we are
Ivy Master Academy provides college counseling, academic tutoring, and test preparation services from
1440 N Harbor Blvd, Suite 906, Fullerton, CA 92835. This policy explains what information we collect
through this website and how we handle it. Questions about this policy can be sent to
[email protected].
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. When you submit the consultation form on this site, we receive:
- Parent or guardian name
- Email address
- Phone number, if you provide one
- Student grade level
- Anything you write in the message field
We do not ask for a student's full name, date of birth, address, school records, or test scores through
this website. If those become relevant, they are discussed directly with you after an engagement begins.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and discuss whether
our services fit your family's needs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it
for advertising. We will not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
Students under 18
Our consultation form is intended to be completed by a parent or guardian, not by a student. We do not
knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has
submitted information to us, contact us at
[email protected]
and we will delete it.
Third-party services
Form submissions on this site are delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form processing service,
which transmits the message to our email. Formspree handles that data under its own privacy policy. Apart
from Formspree, this site loads no third-party resources: fonts and styles are served from our own domain,
and we run no advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our
correspondence. Records for families who become clients are retained through the engagement and for a
reasonable period afterward. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California
residents have additional rights regarding personal information under state law. To make any of these
requests, email
[email protected]
or call 714-350-4812.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
